if i have small website (about 100 page) all traffic from search engines .
so what should i use for content management joomla or wordpress.
joomla is better and have many choices.
but word press is better ranking in search engines ,

Tough question.
Using wordpress as a CMS needs some minor modifications. Google wordpress CMS to learn more.
Joomla is a bit too bloated for a 100 page site.
Wordpress is developing at a pace much faster than Joomla though, and Wordpress have many more plugins.
I suggest you go with wordpress, see how you feel about it. It only takes 5 minutes to install and not much longer to learn the basics of it.
