why joomla installation at step 4 it say”Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL” and i can’t go to next step.
if somebody kown what is the problem and know how to fix it please tell me.

I think your MySQL didn’t install successfully, if you install successfully, maybe you didn’t start your MySQL, so, check your step, and you will install your joomla successfully, Good Luck.
Make sure your MySQL database is set and PHP is installed properly. I had this exact issue the other day but I had the PHPRC setup in ‘user variables’ and not in ’system variables’ in the environment variables in the advanced tab of ’system properties’.
Make sure you have entered your database details correctly. If not try editing configuration.php in your Joomla root and entering the variables manually
