however as a suggestion i would recommend you search for real estate site script” it will give you a script which will be like pre made with everything , you will only have to add your logo and custom text.
although if you are more interested in giving a summary type thing for a few properties then i would recommend wordpress
If you are talking about free website platform, you better choose Wordpress and the website will be a blog-like. It is easier to manage a simple real-estate website.
If you choose Joomla, you will have to pay for the “real estate” extention called Mosets ( http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/… ). Then you will have a comprehensive real estate website.
So, the answer is Wordpress.
