I would suggest finding a free or cheap template and modifying it to your liking instead
Ps with anything free always scan for viruses.

The best is Artisteer (already mentioned) but unless you’re a developer, it’s not cost-efficient.
There are thousands of free templates available on the net, though. The site I use the most is http://www.joomla24.com.
Or, you could find a freelance website like Odesk or Elance and request proposals to have one custom made.
