Joomla! is different from the usual website. It is a Content Management System - dynamic and database driven. When you have uploaded it to a server, with the sample data, you can work out the structure of your website and write your own data, in html or plain text using the WYSIWYG editor provided. All the styling and coding is already done for you but you can easily change it to suit your needs. It’s an absolutely excellent CMS that is being constantly developed with very active forums if you need help.
