Can i create complex websites like myspace or ebay through JOOMLA?
IF yes, is it easier to create such big websites through JOOMLA than PHP coding?

No and no.
Using Joomla as a core to build on is possible but you will probably need to build the relevant add-on components and modules - or at least modify some existing ones to run exactly as you need.
So in the end you could be re-coding extensively in PHP anyway. The extent to which you need a site which is more than a modified communal blog/magazine and has such high scaling expectations will probably define which route you take.
A complex massively used site well coded from bottom up will be lighter on your server and easier to manage later. Your programmer must however be skilled with the ability to consistently document and track the work produced.
