What are the ‘going rates’ these days for web designers setting up web sites for people?
I’m looking to make extra cash and am able to create all kinds of web sites. Can anyone steer me to information that might help me determine what my base charges should be for my services? Especially in the areas of html, php, mySql, Joomla, message boards, etc. Thanks for any help you can offer.
