What Is The Best Textbook On Setting Up And Using Joomla?

I think that the best “textbook” is the web. There are many sites containing guides to set up Joomla. The guides are mainly for setting up extensions.
Among these web sites there is also mine (http://discovolante.altervista.org) in which I am collecting guides to install and configure Joomla extensions.
