I believe Joomla is a better CMS platform. Joomla has been around a little longer, is just as User Friendly as Moomba but the main thing that may make it better is that there are many more third party extensions to add on to Joomla. You can go to various websites and download free extensions to make your Joomla website much more powerful and geared specifically for what you need. Also, Joomla just seems a bit more robust.
