What Do I Use To Develop A Website For A Newspaper.?
I am developing a website for a community newspaper. What I need is a site that can be easily updated, probably by various users. Any ideas, I was thinking Joomla? Tibco?? Please Help.

Joomla is nice. It’s pretty well rounded and is a well supported CMS. All you really need to worry about that is developing your own template style to use for your newspaper site. Other than that, joomla is pretty good.
