What Content Management System Is The Best?

What Content Management System do you think is the best in your opinion? Givemme some CMS that you like.
Examples: Joomla, currently using it right now, but am trying to see if there’s a better CMS. (WP does not count, websites only)
Any others that is better than Joomla? thanks!

Joomla is a good one, but here are two others i’ve used http://www.concrete5.org/ and http://silverstripe.org/
I prefer ExpressionEngine for advanced user, or Joomla for beginner
