Using Joomla, What’s The Best Way To Have Mp3 Files In Your Site For People To Download?

Hi 7.62!
My brother said:
Using mp3 players on a joomla site structure is a pain for every user and webmaster that checks the site, everytime you move somewhere the music reloads, that puts people off. He recomend adding a a framed player at the top and keeping a bottom frame for your joomla site. Another option is turning the media-player into a pop-out and opening it in a new window, so that visitors can continue to listen to music as they browse different pages.
There are lots of mp3 players with total backoffice control, so that their playlist can be updated without having to edit XML files.
You can find them at this website:http://extensions.joomla.org/component/o…http://extensions.joomla.org/
In my search, I found that the “AllVideos Plugin v2.4 - All-in-one media solution” got many positive reviews for it’s easy installation and multimedia-internet streaming function.http://extensions.joomla.org/component/o…
As for the question about allowing visitors to your Joomla! site to download or share music. I could not find any plug-ins that allow that, and my brother didn’t know of any.
The Joomla! main website had a news announcement about having a Music Sharing Community, http://www.joomla.org/content/view/2323/…
but when I click on the link to go to the Music Community — it was a broken link :((
Sorry, I couldn’t be more helpful to you.
