Trying To Use/install Joomla, Can’t Figure Out How To Install It.?

I need help. I need someone to give me step by step instructions on how to use and install Joomla (joomla.org). Assume that I have nothing (no apache, php, mySQL, etc.). Also assume that I don’t know certain things like in the installation of apache, it asks my web server…is this my website (ie eBay.com)? Pretend like you’re teaching someone that has never done anything like this before aka me.

All I can tell you, if you do have domain name and webhosting plan you can install Joomla(actually I can install joomla for you).

Joomla has a installer. You may need to create a SQL database first.
Are you even getting to the installer when you go to your web page? Also what version of Joomla are you using?
