Trying To Install Joomla Component… Can You Do This In Iis?
I can’t install from the Joomla admin account like normal because Joomla is installed on a Windows Server. I can access the files to My Computer if there is a way to manually install a component into a folder…. does anyone know how to do this?

If your IIS server is set up correctly you should be able to install extensions from the administrator backend. Joomla works on IIS the same way it works on Linux (as long as you have Apache, PHP and MySQL installed that is!)
