Joomla Template Installation Trouble?

I uploaded my joomla template to my website using FTP filezilla client.
after installation i opened my webpage to install joomla. but it is giving some error like direct access is not allowed or file access denied.
anyone know solution??

Joomla is a content management system which uses PHP. So you can create a website using joomla.

1. Install Apache server
Download the XAMPP installer for your version XAMPP

2. After downloading XAMPP isntall it
3. Start the Mysql and Apache service
4. Now extract joomla in to the htdocs [...]
