Start With Ez Realty Joomla Component?

Hi, I have installed successfully EZ Realty component on my site based on Joomla, I can see the Config box and everything, but I don’t know how to start making properties appear in the frontend. Any help please?

I Want To Learn Joomla. How Should I Start?

I find Joomla interesting.
Some tutorials are expensive online and some are too hard to understand for the starters.
