Joomla Registered Users Article Help?

I am building a cricket sports website using joomla.
I want the users to submit a review and rate each game
I want Registered Users to Submit reviews and Rate each game ( there are different games::::: game1, game2, game3 etc….)
Please help how to achieve this using joomla

I Registered A Domain, Connected It To My 000webhost.com Joomla Site, Now I Can’t Find It On Search Engines!?
Why does it not come up? I added it directly to google.com and it still isent on there. Whats up with that?
I also tried using google web master tools but when i went to add my site, non of the verification techniques worked.

I am developing a cashback website using joomla and I need to keep track of registered members who make a purchase. Can it be done with the existing joomla settings or do I need something else?
In Joomla, How Do You Let Registered Members Submit Content?
I want registered members to be able to submit content, so that administrators can moderate it.
Currently, joomla only lets authors submit content, but I want everyone who has registered to be able to do so.
I think this is something to do with access control, however I can’t see anywhere to customise this.
