Joomla Flash Video Playing Without Start/stop Menu?

Hey,
If you go to http://tadsb.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=156&Itemid=216
you will see that the flash video plays. However, there is no stop, play, pause menu or anything. I was wondering if anyone knows how to add menus to flash videos being played in Joomla.
