Joomla Help With Phpbb?

So I’ve successfully installed both Joomla and phpBB, but I have yet to find a tutorial on how to neatly nest phpBB in the Joomla frontpage.
Any help is appreciated.
How Can I Create A Phpbb Forum On My Joomla Site?
I tried downloading the latest release of phpBB but I could not upload it to Joomla as it was unable to find the xml setup file.
Can I get a setup file from somewhere else or what do you recommend?
