There are endless sights, I know, but any suggestions on a user friendly sights for a novice? Anyone use Joomla?

How do I edit the Joomla pages that are on the default template? I am aware of the admin control panel, but I dont know how to edit all the other pages like the home page. Are there separate menus?

If it is the advertising banners you are talking about - you need to login into the backend of your joomla website - goto components and banners, there you will see all the banners on your website.
