Joomla Help Desperately Needed!

OK, I’m running Windows SP3. I’m running Joomla thanks to JSAS (Joomla Stand Alone Server). Under localhost it works fine, and when I was running SP2 my domain name worked fine ( dannys95.gotdns.com ). But now, only localhost works. If I try the domain name, it says:
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access / on this [...]
