Are These Technologies Enough To Make Me A Good Web Designer?

HTML,XHTML,CSS,JAVASCRIPT,AJAX,PHOTOSHOP… PHP,SQL. and knowledge of tcp/ip and operating system.
The problem is that the more i research and learn more and more things keep popping up like drupal,joomla,flex,Indesign,coffeecup,ca… etc. Kindly advice ,your advice is greatly appreciated.
