I Downloaded And Installed Joomla1.5 On My Joomla Website. ?

I downloaded and installed Joomla1.5 on my Joomla website. But after i activate this new template it doesn’t show full of template on my web. Only header (only color) and one menu which is called amin menu and home. What should i do for show up full template on my web.

Can I Replace The Images In A Joomla Template That I’ve Downloaded?

I’m a joomla newbie. I’ve found a template with a great layout but the images are not to my liking. If I change the images and use it, will I be breaking any rule?
