STEP BY STEP please.
DO NOT link me to help.joomla.org!! It’s very confusing and it gives me headaches!!
It would be nice if the instructions came from someone who really knows JOOMLA and not copy-paste.

I doubt if you’ll find anyone willing to spend the time and effort of writing instructions that can already be found all over the internet.
Here is a short, simple, step-by-step procedure.
1) Interview consultants.
2) Select a consultant who will deal with the headaches (there are many) of designing a template for you.
3) Wait for consultant to design template.
4) Pay consultant.
5) Install template.
