Remove Links In Joomla Footer…?
There are extra links in the footer of my Joomla site… they say “joomla hosting, hosting for VPS”. I can not find where they are located. They are not in the footer.php file where I thought they would be and they are not in the index.php file. Is it somewhere within Joomla or where can I find these links to get rid of them??? Thanks!

If you are using a version of Joomla less than 1.5 then have a look in your includes directory for the file named version.php. If the links are not in this file then, again in your includes directory, look for footer.php.
You can open those files in any text editor and remove the links.
