Please Help - Netfirm Joomla!?

I am in need of advice from a very seasoned netfirm user; or a user that has created a domain on netfirm and is using joomla!
I am sorry if this question is very poorly worded but because I am new to creating websites it is difficult for me to articulate myself in computer vernacular…. so please bare with me! :)
My problem is this:
I tried to install joomla! onto my web applications on my netfirm domain, but I cannot open the admin page!
I don’t know what I am doing wrong! I have followed the instructions for installing joomla! and recieved an email with my login name and password. Then the instruction is to click onto the admin button [in the "installed web applications" page] but it does not work! It says “windows cannot display the web page”
grrrr….?????
