Joomla Upload Question?

I’m new to website building and to Joomla…
I’m trying to upload a new template that I recently downloaded but I keep getting the error message Warning Failed To Move File. I’ve looked all over help sites but all the advice I get doesn’t work. A lot of people say make your safemode is set to off but it already is set to off so I don’t know about that. Can someone PLEASE help me?!

What are you using to try to upload the files?
Are you trying to upload it on your development server or your live server? Is your template for the correct Joomla version? Probably 1.5x. You downloaded this template? Does it have a .XML file?
You have to upload your templates through the Joomla administration panel in the template upload manager. There are certain files that it needs to upload correctly into Joomla! but presuming you downloaded this template from a Joomla! template website or from someone who knows to develop templates all the files should be correct.http://docs.joomla.org/Tutorial:Creating…
