Joomla Template Installation Trouble?

I uploaded my joomla template to my website using FTP filezilla client.
after installation i opened my webpage to install joomla. but it is giving some error like direct access is not allowed or file access denied.
anyone know solution??

Change the permission to 755.
Seems to have something with the access rights. Try setting all the scripts on 755 (but please don’t forget to change it back when you are done to 644)
