Joomla Question: “php Register_globals” Setting Is `on` Instead Of `off`. How Can I Make It ‘off’ ?

Depends on your Operating system, but the generic answer is you’ll change that in the php.ini file. Its a PHP setting, not a joomla setting.
If you update with your server OS, someone could possible be more specific.
