    Hi:
    When you install a new template, the module positions will change. You need to publish your modules in the module positions supported by the new template.
    You can check the new template module positions by typing the following URL
    http://www.yourdomain.com/index.php?tp=1
    This will give your current module positions and see if you have published the modules in the existing module positions.
    You can also check whether you have published the modules for public / registered user etc.
    Let me know if you can share some more information so that we can answer your question.
