    In Joomla you can organize your material into Sections that are divided into Categories that are further divided into Articles. You can set up your sections, then assign which sections where menu items appear in the menu manager.

    A menu is a type of module, so you can control it’s placement like any other module.
    Go to Modules > Site Modules and click on the link for the module that corresponds to your menu.
    On the right side of the page will be “Menu Item Link(s)”. Select the pages (menu items) on which you want the menu to appear there. You can use ctrl or shift click to select multiple items.
