Hello,
Have you tried contacting yahoo support is regards to this issue? I know that I have had several Joomla installations and they were pretty straight forward and was done in about 5 minutes, now I was not hosting them on yahoo, but with another company.
I would suggest that you contact yahoo support for this issue.
