I have installed joomla and everything is ok, but I just want to write in another language than English. my site i namely aimed at people from Eastern Europe so I need cyrillic to do it. But now if i write something in cyrillic and i publish it, it looks like this 3654wtgc?????qej’j
Can anyone help me figure out how to change the language of my joomla site from english to cyrrilic ?
