How To Install Joomla Extension ,there Is Stupid Message Appear…?

hi , i want to install joomla comments , but when i go to Extension and chose the folder from my pc this stupid message appear
Your Extension appears to be written for an older version of Joomla!. You must enable the System - Legacy Plugging in the Plugging Manager if you wish to complete this task.
my version is 1.5.8 what should id what is the right steps if i am doing wrong?

You’ve installed the latest version of Joomla which is the correct things to do.
However, the extension you are trying to installed is not 100% compatible with Joomla latest version. In order to make this extension works you should go to the Plugin Manager (Extensions > Plugin manager) and enable the plugin “Legacy mode”.
If I were you, I would try and find another extension that is “Joomla 1.5 native”… and thus be 100% compatible !
The error message tells you - “You must enable the System - Legacy Plugin in the Plugin Manager”.
