How To Implement “pay-per-view” Concept Through Joomla???????

   I’m not so sure whether the pay-per-view function for your client is applied for the ads or the website. These two concepts are completely different.
   If your client wanted to know how many times the banner is viwed in order to send a bill to a company, this has to do with the banner component. Under this component, the number of ads display is recorded and this number can be used to generate a bill.

   Another concept is to do with the website itself. This can be considered easy if your client need to track how many time the specific customer visit a webpage. The basic concept is to create a counter for each user. I’m not familiar with Joomla so I don’t know exactly how this can be done but it should not be too difficult.
