I develop my Joomla websites on my server and then upload it onto the web, it’s much easier that way. You would access the PHPMyAdmin application that all your information is on and export the whole database into a .sql file, or you can export a whole table whatever you need. Then you go into the PHPMyAdmin application that’s on the server you need to upload too and import the .sql file.
