I installed Joomla! with Xampp and I followed all of the instructions on this page: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=…
and I am still lost with how to even use this program. I think its installed but not 100%.

    GoDaddy is one of the worst hosts out there. To be honest, I would switch hosts and use somebody else. I used to use DreamHost a while back and they were pretty good and affordable.
