i am just learning how to use joomla. i accidently deleted the menus and logging in box. Does anyone know how to get them back

if you know still the ftp details,…….log in with a free ftpclient such as FileZilla,…and re upload Admin folder,…and if still you can’t get access,…then upload install one again,…..when everything is in right place,…….it will ask you to delete the install folder,……then you can go log on to site,……you could have used joomla help site,…if you are that new,….
