So, I downloaded Joomla from joomla.com, but, how do I get it working? I use a Mac, OSX. Do I have to download other stuff, too or what?

    If you want to make it run on your own mac, to try your joomla for example, you need php and mysql server. It’s complicated to install and them manually, but you can try xampp for MAC.

    After you satisfy, you can upload to webhosting services.
