How do I go about creating menus that can be found on:

and where can I download beautiful web templates (also Joomla and mambo templates)?
Also curious… what application do you use to edit you mambo templates?
Please assist ASAP.

You can find joomla template from internet everywher on internet, it’s so easy to find.
For your own custom template,
you’d better use a joomla template, edit with dreamweaver
edit index.php, and css files, so you can custom it as you like
For exercise, use XAMPP, try for localhost, after you love entire content upload it.

btw, the web you mention doesn’t use joomla, joomla use php mysql, that site use ASP.
but still, joomla is easy but powerfull
expand joomla with the plugins, so the web you develop will be beyond your own imagination for sure
