Help With Installing Joomla With Ftp?

I have a free-hosting server with AGILTYHOSTER @ tutorials.agilityhoster.com I created a MYSQL DB, i downloaded and unzipped Joomla_1.5.6-Stable-Full_Package - Now what do i do from there? can you help me install it, or install it for me, my email address is nazmul_93@yahoo.co.uk - where i will be willing to give you my ftp details!

Download a FTP program, http://filezilla.org then enter your details and connect, upload the entire Joomla folder and then right click on it when it’s transfered and set the permissions to ‘777′.
Then open your browser and go to the install.php file or whatever it’s called.
Do not set the permissions to 777. If you have extracted the joomla zip file to your root of the website you just need to point your browser to http://www.yourdomain.com and the install script will launch. /you will need to set a a mysql databse on your hosting account nad have that info ready during the install.
