Does Anyone Know How To Install A New Text Editor In Joomla?
I have FCKEditor mambot and I installed it using Joomla’s mambot installer but now what? How do I tell Joomla to actually use it as the default text editor? I read the documentation on FCKEditor and it doesn’t clearly spell out how to use it with Joomla.

You can change the association for txt files:
open windows explorer
select tools | folder options
select file types
choose text files, select the fckeditor as the app to use
click ok
