I haven’t ever used Joomla for web building, I do it myself. To add videos to web page, I use Moyea Web Player Pro (http://www.flash-video-mx.com/web-player… ), which can convert almost all popular videos to flash video (.flv) and put them onto web page through a flash video player with scrollable thumbnail playlist and skinnable control bar.
