Can Someone Please Tell Me How To Add A Link On A Web Site Created In Joomla That Leads To The French Version?

Please note this web site has been done in Joomla. I would like the web site to be viewed in French and English. I already have translated documents in French. What I really need is the homepage to be able to be viewed in French as well. For example the naviagtion menu should be viewed in English when the site is first opened. When the french link is clicked the menu should appear in French.Thanks
