    I do not understand whether you are familiar with joomla or not.
    However if you are a novice and asking this question, here is the answer.
    1. create the menu item you want and link it to the correct content item.
    2. when you are creating the menu item for the first time, the parent for the menu item is chosen as “top”, now you change this Parent Menu item to the menu item under which you want the new menu item come as a pull down.
    3. Save the menu item and you see the new menu item to come as pull down .
    Now if you are not a novice, and if you are using any template either free or commercial, the template should support the pull down menu. If it does not support the template creator might provide you a way to do this.
